Seneca Subdivision – Forsyth County

A 62-lot subdivision with five internal roads, spread out over 46 acres of previously undeveloped pasture and woods. Designed for two-phase construction, this site layout cleverly met open space requirements and accommodated impervious setbacks from multiple streams that ran throughout the site. Used arch culvert design to avoid Army Corp permits.
